Not received Jan, Feb, Apr issue

my sister gives me subscription for 2023 from UK. I have not received the Jan, Feb and Apr issue. I have complained about the Jan and Feb issues but nothing is done about it. But I got the March issue. That means the address is correct. There are some mistakes in mailing it.

Subscriptions not received multiple times

my sister give me subscription from UK. I have NOT received my January, February and April issues. Only the March issue is received. I have complained about the January and February issues, the issues have not yet received. These happened many time for last year's subscription. I have complained about it. It is getting worse this year!

I ordered 2 subscription for grandchildren. I need to confirm they went through.

Not a techie person. I ordered 2 separate subscriptions for grand children. I went through all the steps. But I dont see that any money has been taken out of my checking account. Though I thought I had seen a conformation. But I guess I didnt. I need to see if we can get this accomplished.

User's recommendation: Yes. My children grew up with the kids version and I wanted to share that same experience with grandkids. I’m not mad or pissed off. I think I didn’t do something right on both registrations.

I sent an email to National Geographic however I not received a reply. It is horrible that they can sell a product for children and not put the items in the package which they advertise. This is very disappointing to children.

2 year subscription paid for June 2018 and not one magazine received.

Paid for a 2 year National Geographic Magazine subscription June 2018 as a birthday Gift for my friend. When magazine was not received by Friend I emailed company numerous times during 2018 to January 2019 with all payment details - subscription number etc and to date issue still unresolved. From the number of emails I have forwarded to natgeomagazine@***.com and ngmintl@***.co.uk requesting resolution it became clear to me the relevant employees are uninterested in sorting this matter out. I have effectively paid R730 and my friend has to date not received one magazine. Rating for Customer service is ZERO

I ordered one Kids Brain Games magazine. It cost 9.09 USD. I live in Germany, but wanted English edition, so I ordered it on their US site. When I received it (no problem with that) I was shocked to find out I was charged 44.95 USD shipment price. That is one thin journal!!!! I wrote a complaint. Here is the reply: 'Shipments to an address overseas require an extra $40 over our standard rates. This cost includes the transit services provided by the carrier, as well as the cost of the packaging materials and the physical labor required to prepare your order for shipment.' I have nothing else to add. I find it a complete rip-off.

Deceptive advertizing

I thought the mailing I received last month said that I would soon receive in the mail a gift of a DVD and a world map. I was a little surprised since I have not subscribed to the magazine for over a year. The "gift" finally arrived and it contained invoice for $13.95. I was stunned because I had not agreed to pay anything. It would be expensive for me to return it though I don't want it. So I probably will end up paying for it. I think the tactic was deceptive. I don't want anything more to do with the Society or the magazine. I don't know how I can communicate that to the National Geographic. Richard, Brighton MA
